Youth Art Wars 

Belton Center for the Arts is partnering with the Belton Museum to bring you Youth Art Wars! Join us March 21st from 5:00 - 7:00 pm to see who can create the best mixed-media artwork in only one hour.


Youth Art Wars is a fun lighthearted competition between youth to see who can score the most artistic points from the judges by creating a unique piece of art with the provided materials.

$25 to participate

So what will youth art wars look like?

A group of 6-12 students will compete for the grand prize: a free art camp!

During the competition, contestants will be provided with a large canvas and a set of basic art materials. Contestants will also have access to an “art market” of unique materials.

Contestants will be given one hour to create a unique artwork of a subject of their choice to the best of their ability with a varity of materials. The contestant that scores the most points with the judges throughout the competition wins!
