CLASS POLICIES & PROCEDURES

How to Register: TWO WAYS

Register online, or in person at Belton Center for the Arts. Payment is required at the time of registration. If you have not paid, you are not registered.

Registration deadline

Registration closes 48 hours before the class start time. Additional students may be accepted at the discretion of BCA staff, if materials and spots are still available.

CAncellations & REfund policy

If we cancel a class (due to sickness, insufficient sign-ups, etc) you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel more than 48 hours before the class time for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

In case of sickness or emergencies that occur within 48 hours of the class, please call us at (864) 338-8556 or email madison@beltonarts.org.

No call/No shows will not be refunded.

sick policy

We follow DHEC’s exclusion policy regarding sickness. Please review these guidelines to determine if your child is fit to attend class. English Spanish If we notice symptoms of illness that may be in excess of these guidelines, we will ask you to pick up your child early.

INCLUSION

BCA is committed to accessibilty and inclusion. Please let us know if you or your child needs accomodations to access our classroom and/or programs. 

Our classroom, located on the second story, is accessible by elevator. Currently, we are equipped with some adaptive art tools, fidget tools, and kick bands for chairs. We are always looking to make improvements that increase access. Please send any suggestions and feedback to our Executive Director, Kendell Lusk at kendell@beltonarts.org.
